    Description
    Codex Integrity Limited provide in-service and shutdown inspection support across equipment including storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structures, pipework and pipelines. All inspections have detailed inspection reports together with integrity statements and fitness for service assessments. We have agreements in place with specialist inspection companies to allow engagement and supervision of intelligent pigging, tube cleaning and inspection, and other enhanced NDT techniques.
    We create comprehensive fabric maintenance work packs and supervise FM activities across all equipment types and structures.

    Description
    Codex Integrity Limited undertakes maintenance of hazardous equipment throughout the Liverpool Bay onshore and offshore assets. This work initiated with a review and update of the Ex Register and SAP maintenance plans and now comprises a 6-man rope access team undertaking and reporting on all Ex equipment maintenance.
    We are also engaged in installation works covering electrical and telecom upgrade projects.
    We are able to provide full onshore maintenance technical support, discipline engineering, and procurement to ensure the highest levels of back-up to our site teams.
